What is GymCon and how does it help my fitness club?
GymCon is a complete management platform for fitness clubs that automates member check-in, membership management, class bookings and financial reports.
How do members check in?
A unique QR code for your gym, generated by GymCon, is displayed at the entrance. Members scan it with the GymCon mobile app and their visit is recorded automatically, together with the check-in date and time.
Can I manage several locations from one account?
Yes. GymCon lets you run several locations from the same account, with separate reports for each gym.
How do I add or change memberships?
From the admin panel you can create, edit or delete membership types and set the duration, price and benefits of each offer.
Can GymCon integrate with other systems or apps?
Yes. The platform offers API integration with accounting systems, CRMs and access solutions based on automatic gate control.
How can I see activity and payment reports?
In the GymCon dashboard you can open daily, weekly and monthly reports with revenue, visits and member statistics.
Can members book classes or workouts in the app?
Yes. GymCon includes a booking system where members can see the schedule and book their spot directly in the app.
